BlackBerry CEO confirms new flagship handset for late 2013

turbo max blue peos Talking to CNET, Thorsten Heins stated that a new flagship device for Blackberry was on the way; one that the firm’s CEO is “very excited about.”

rritja e penisit Whilst expected towards the end of 2013, Heins wouldn’t guarantee a release for the device this side of the New Year. Heins also hinted that an additional BlackBerry device should be expected by mid-2013.

The news comes as the firm released its Z10 handset in the US today, whilst also celebrating the 100,000 milestone for the firm’s app store, which users can now browse and download from.

Yahoo has announced that seven of its products will be discontinued as it looks to focus on core products and experiences.

Along with its BlackBerry smartphone app and the Yahoo Message Boards, the firm will be closing Yahoo Clues, Yahoo Avatars, Yahoo App Search, Yahoo Sports IQ, and Yahoo Updates API.

“Before making these decisions, we look at a variety of factors. The most critical question we ask is whether the experience is truly a daily habit that still resonates for all of you today,” read Yahoo’s blog.
