What do you mean 24/7? Everyone knows a PC / Server runs into occiational issues but with 24 / 7 monitoring installed AML gets notified within 5 minutes or sooner if a service fails.  Once AML are notifed we then take appropriate action.  For example, Whilst monitoring a server we were notified that an "authentication error" was occurring more often then allowed.  AML re-acted to find that a Hacker was trying to Hack a clients Server and immediate lock down was enforced.
