AML created AML Internet, our own Internet Service to compete within this market. We are able to offer different levels of broadband, for either Business use or Residential. | |

Whats the Contract Term?
AML's contract term is a 30 day basis, you only pay for the month you use in advance. |

What Speeds can I expect to achive?
All of our ADSL products offer a DSL Max line, within certain areas we also offer ADSL2+. DSL Max (up to 8MB) is the quickest speed available on your telephone line without having data loss. Within the first 10 days of activation the line fluctuates in speed until it resolves its quickest line speed without having data corruption. ADSL2+ is new into the market, offering speeds upto 24MB, although we have found that the true speed is around 16MB. ADSL2+ only works when the telephone line is close to the Exchange. With Initial line tests we will recommend what is available within your area. |

How do I contact support?
Contacting support can be achieved in a number of ways, either ring the support number, your support engineer or alternatively we have a SMS support service. Using this service can be advantageous when the telephone line itself fails. We will ring you back on a pre-arranged number. |

But I don't have a Telephone Line?
But I don't have a Telephone Line? Don't Worry AML can sort it out. Using a Telephone line based connection is the preferred connection method, however AML are aware that this carries extra costs and have partnered with Vodafone. Using a Mobile Broadband connections are perfect depending you get a good mobile telephone reception, if you get a good reception then you could be looking at speeds of up to 7.2Mbps download with the technology of today. |
